Good day! May I confirm if you included the slip stich in making the leaves part? Like, I should skip the slit stich as well as another single stitch that is placed next to it (so in a sense one part of this green skips 2 spaces) Then, did you insert your hook on the 4th chain or the first dc of the beg to finish row? Lastly, how many leaves did you end up with? This might help me figure out this part hehe. Your reply will be surely of great help. Thanks so much ^^
Hi Kara, you can do as many rows as you wish. Just increasing the stitches for each row to the size that you wish. I would do 3, 4 more rows for the pot holder. Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞
Hi Rizalyn, you can make the coaster bigger by increasing the circle to the size you want. R1: 12 dc in ring R2: 2dc in each 12 stitches R3: *2dc, 1dc* x 12 times R4: *2dc, 1dc, 1dc* x 12 times R5: *2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc* x 12 times .....and so one Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞
Hi Kelli, these coasters are little too big for the tulip basket. If you want a matching tulip set you need to increase the basket base few more rounds to have room for these coasters. Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞
Hi Teresa, Round 1 : 12 double crochet Round 2 : 24 double crochet Round 3 : 36 double crochet Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞

Would you be able to suggest how many additional rows to make this like a pot holder vs a coaster
Hi Kara, you can do as many rows as you wish. Just increasing the stitches for each row to the size that you wish. I would do 3, 4 more rows for the pot holder. Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞
How to make it bigger before the tulip part? I am using a Mercerized cotton yarn and its too small.
Hi Rizalyn, you can make the coaster bigger by increasing the circle to the size you want.
R1: 12 dc in ring
R2: 2dc in each 12 stitches
R3: *2dc, 1dc* x 12 times
R4: *2dc, 1dc, 1dc* x 12 times
R5: *2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc* x 12 times
.....and so one
Hope it helps. Thank you for watching. Happy crocheting and Have a beautiful day 🌞
