As an owner of an SR 150 ABS, I would like to share a few points. Completed 1 year as an owner this November. 1. Superb Bybre front disc brake! Absolutely superb. I have avoided a few falls due to the same. Really powerful! 2. Single Channel ABS. 3. 32-37 KMPL mileage. 28-29 if you ride really hard! 4. 154.8 CC Engine. The suspension is a bit hard, high speed cruising and cornering are AMAZING. 5. Use fuel additives, fuel cleaners and good petrol. The SR150 needs this! 6. Great throttle response! I have driven from CyberCity to Noida in 40 minutes via NH8,Barapullah and DND. 7. Carburetor cleaning is a must. Please get the vehicle serviced on time! 8. This vehicle is for people who love riding and just enjoy 2 wheelers! Great work Aprilia. The SR150 is just a tad bit quicker than the SR160. The SR160 does offer a catalytic converter and Fuel Injection. Cheers Aprilia! Ride safe everyone.
Foot rest is very very small .u can't keep helmet .u can't keep 20 liter water bottle . u can't keep LPG cylinder .for Indian people waste of money first think then buy ok
@@ajaymehra194 Your kind of people do not buy this. This is not for cheap people. Its sports motorscooter, only for fun riding+ young commuters. They do not stack up everything in their house in the scooter.
I have the non abs 150cc..and have done over 11k ...with a regular around 400km trip every week I love this bike for its stability,power and those huge wheels...which are a life saver if u hit some potholes at high speeds..which u will as the headlights are pathetic with no throw...but the big dia wheels really sail through..a scooter with smaller wheels might just topple... The seat is hard and u do get initial tailbone pain if riding long,but subsequently your bum will get used to it Same with the suspension,bit on the stiffer side, but thats what helps you when cornering,...u can really slant this bike into corners and its very stable The indicated top speed of 120..can be reached especially if u tuck down forward to reduce windblast...but the speedo actually has an error, and the correct top speed wud be around the 110kmph even though it shows 120kmph..but its fast,real fast If u whack it around you wud be lucky if u get a milage of 30-32kmpl...but at more sedate speeds..u can expect around 35kmpl or so The stock tyres lasted 9k on the rear, ..the front is still good Overall fit and finish is good The problems i had were... replacing the horn switch twice and the throttle cable once... The throttle cable has some issues,wherein the tubing around it gets defective...and u have a situation wherein the bike will accelerate on its own...like cruise control...😊...had it changed once The main problem i have faced is none of the service centres i have used in kerala..Thrissur and Kottayam..can address the juddering and rattling issues from the front...this was not there when i got the bike brand new...started after first service and continues till date...the front judders like hell on initial acceleration from zero...and then settles down when cruising...but again rattles when re starting from stop.... The other recent issue is sudden momentary drop in acceleration when going at a steady clip...then the vike picks up again... These two issues are the only problems that troubles me...hopefully will get rectified..as am about to try a service station in N.Paravur...as recommended locally. Overall its a fantastic bike, hopefully Aprilia gets the service issues sorted out asap.
The most gorgeous color f SR 150 😍 Scooter & all free acessories are awesome 👌✔️ Aprilia hav better braking in its segment. Aprillia should update with LED headlights. Nw all scooty Honda Activa, Tvs Ntorq,Tvs Graphite , Suzuki comes with LED headlights.
Earlier tier was made by Veerubber. Which is a soft tier, which is great for Faster rides. U can extremely lean with out worry about falling. Braking is also awesome with Veerubber tires. Disadvantages are 1- Made for tracks. Not for offroad use 2- Short life (as it is soft tires) 3-Costly (it is more premium brand than MRF & imported too)

Free helmet and other free items are not provided by all showrooms. At-least in Bangalore none of the showroom give anything free. Please mention the area and showroom, from where you have purchased it.
Got from Kottayam, Kerala am not sure if they included the price of accessories in price of scooter! We have no other dealership in my area. So couldn't check price with other dealerships. My final bill had no separate pricing for accessories like helmet.

It's high for a 125 cc Scooter, also performance of 125 is not up to mark. Please check out tvs ntorq or Suzuki burgman for the price.

Never, it's as per new Government rule to have always on headlamps. All two-wheelers have either aoh or dedicated position lamps, now.
