Have you seen the prices of those instant meals......you can get a pub meal for the same price and support the local towns that you are visiting. It would be interesting to see how much of this 20-minute 4WD TV content is actually advertising (infomercials) vs actual content...my guess is 10 minutes actual content being 50% only. Ok well I timed it for science...lol......11mins 42 secs of actual content.
I get why, and I’ve learnt to fast forward all that BS thrown at us. Nothing comes free. And money must be made 💰 It’s the copy and paste..where 1 goes all go. In the “must see” 79th series of Patrol’n The unFINKable in Australia. Who rains “Superior”? I got a Suspension?!? Wetdreamz 💤 Type stuff that’s saturated the off-roading algorithm.. But I guess it’s us “consumers” that drive these adds(no pun intended) to keep flowing in. So who really is at fault here? And we all have the ability to switch off the device and or what something else instead . 😶🌫️
100% ...I have watched many You Tube travel and 4Wd channels that have great, honest, their point of view content.......and then they get worthy of actual paid adds and sponsorship, then they just become a TV commercial channel. Even worse when they leave the You Tube adds on as well.........in content adds with a dose of extra adds.....leaving only 25% of your watch time as actual channel content. Along with the travel channels that always put the chic in her bikini in every thumbnail ......I end up tagging these type of channels as....do not recommend...this is yet another channel that is about to go that way for me.
