I love your sparkly purple nails! They remind me of my favorite jelly beans! Have you seen the egg coloring hack using cool whip/whipped topping? I may try it tomorrow with my granddaughter.
I am new to weight watcher's and thank you for your videos on grocery hauls and meal prep ❤I get a lot of ideas from you. I have a diabetic plan and its different from yours but I will try something that you try and input it myself and see what happens. Most of the time it'll work for me to ❤ So thanks ❤
Thanks so much!! And yes, I think it will work for you! I don't think I have a whole lot of points that don't work in with the diabetic plan. Keep me posted!! 🥰
way to go friend definitely a great haul nice food choices and etc. hope u and everyone and everything is ok hello to you and all the family don't forget the little doggie In God we trust God blesses us all!!!!!
I am learning what weight watchers is from you - and basically all the zero point items are LOOP HOLES - for short petite people like you and me - they will STALL us if we don’t count the calories and assume they are free zero points! Health comes with weight loss not with health eating - I know this for a fact sadly ❤
It's hard to put it into words honestly. I wouldn't say zero point foods are loopholes. Basically it's to teach people the nutrient dense foods. So, basically start with zero points and build meals around those. The problem is people use the word "free". Zero point foods are not free. They still have calories. It's just the majority of zero point foods are the healthier, nutrient-dense foods. So, if you focus around those, you can fit in the treats in moderation, or a night at a restaurant, or a birthday party, etc. For me personally, my health came when I started tracking both points and calories and ended up INCREASING the zero point foods and focused on those. When I just "counted points/calories" years ago, I just counted 23 points and that was it, and I didn't really worry about zero point foods. I found I was eating too few calories, and the wrong foods. After I started increasing the zero point foods and really focusing on the type of foods I was eating, that's when all my blood work improved and everything normalized. Again though, each person is different. Our bodies all react differently, so what works for one definitely doesn't work for others. Hope that all made sense. So, basically WW is just a different way of tracking for those who prefer to track that way. But it still comes down to it being a program. ;)
