Layover time doesn’t matter as Singapore provides free transit visa upto 96 hours. But you can not leave airport premises. If your luggage is going to be directly transferred and you don’t have to cross immigration then you don’t need visa.

@@janakjaani Well the experience was good enough. At mumbai airport itself they'll tell you what to do at changi airport. You will get your baggage in Bali itself however just need to verify that from the ground staff at your terminal once you land in changi airport. Time literally flies once you land at this airport, so be present at your terminal at least 2 hours prior to get this info. 99.99% the staff there will ensure you that the luggage has pass through without any issues and you'll get it at Bali. As long as you stay inside Changi airport no need for sgn visa.

We did not get boarding pass in Mumbai, we got it in Singapore. Mumbai authority just transferred our luggage directly so we did not have to collect it at Singapore airport.

if you have same PNR number in both your flight you don’t have to get transit visa. But in certain airways when connecting from Singapore to Bali you’re required to collect the baggage and the bag counter is outside the immigration gate so you need visa to pass through immigration and collect you baggage and recheck in to fly to Bali. Call your flight provider and ask if the luggage is directly going to Bali or do you have to collect it in Singapore and recheck in. If so you need a visa.
it depends if your luggage is directly transferred to your destination then you don't need transit visa. You will have to check with your airline before booking the flight tickets. there are plenty of stores where you can exchange money. check our other videos of Bali for the same.
Those all who are asking about Singapore layover that if they need visa or not let me tell you one thing GET YOUR TRANSIT VISA OF SINGAPORE its not mandatory but Singapore change their rules a lot by chance your luggage does not get transferred you need to cross the immigration if you don't have transit or normal visa then you will be deported to India without your luggage so it's better to stay safe pay amount and get your transit visa if you had it then in future always you can travel easily to any country because Singapore is the biggest airport for layover

Not sure about Terminal 4 as you have to take shuttle to reach there. Terminal 1,2 and 3 are connected. Connect with airlines help centre they will be able to guide you.

Yes you can but they don't have VFTF/Visa on arrival facility for Indian passport holders until and unless you already have visas like US/Europe. You will have to get the Visa from India itself.

Hey. Thank you so much. There is but lounges are bit expensive at Singapore airport special for people who doesn't have card benefits and another thing is check-in counters and terminals are very very far. So few people tend take breaks at their nearby check-in counters.

Yes you can but they don't have VFTF/Visa on arrival facility for Indian passport holders until and unless you already have visas like US/Europe. You will have to get the Visa from India itself.

Hey. Thank you so much. There is but lounges are bit expensive at Singapore airport special for people who doesn't have card benefits and another thing is check-in counters and terminals are very very far. So few people tend take breaks at their nearby check-in counters.
