Just a Tip up for future Historic 20yr rebuilds : you usually have ALOT of money stashed in your trade exceptions that sometimes dont be tied to anyones contract on roster I guess thats 2k’s way of trying to compensate for contract differences , comes in handy for trades + clearing cap space

You should do a ULTRA realistic rebuild to where you rebuild a team as REALISTIC AS POSSIBLE and really role play of an actual GM and what a GM would really do for both sides. I know you vids are still realistic, but a hyper realistic one would be extremely interesting

you should do a 2ND round draft only rebuild, you can only draft in the 2nd Round and only sign veteran players. no superstars(Tatum, Brown, Lebron) as examples.
I really don’t get your lineups. Why not give your better players more minutes so they can lead your team or win an award. What’s the point in giving a starter 15 minutes or a bench player 10? It’s a video game. That’s not even realistic.
Was wondering that too. Seeing all those allocated minutes to the SG and barely any for SF during those years hurt my eyes. 2K doesn't recognize secondary positions so that's why we always have to change them so the roster is balanced. Iggy winning a ring and Finals MVP was deserved. I felt he was unnecessarily scapegoated when he traded him for Giannis. Iggy never broke out as 20ppg scorer but he was still the most consistent Knick with great efficiency.
I always trade for Ben Wallace and if you play him with a elite guard you basically guarantee a chip lol. I like to be the magic and trade Mike Miller and my 03 first for Wallace. They also have the kings first that is always top 8 for me.
