Yes, so good to see you back! Just in time for some PMDG 737 inspiration. And the production quality on this one is off the charts, thank you very much for all the hard work that goes into these videos!
Awesome seeing EBCI from above !! I used to work there as coach driver (flibco shuttles) I loved watching planes come and go as I waited for my passengers ;=D
OMG! i've been waiting for this for loooooong long time! thanks to be back max!! would love to see more on other social medias! do you have instagram?? keep it up max, well done as always!!!!
Great video, I like the new intro format as it helps set the context of the video. Very nice landing given the conditions were not so great. Looking forward to your next video. Thanks.
New to the channel. Awesome content, especially because it's in 4K! Keep them coming Max. Just saw your new 787 video as well and man o man, can't wait to fly it on X-Plane jejej.
My name is 🗼 Kinta from 🗻 Tokyo, Japan. The co-pilot is a nice guy, so he flew to Belgium. When you say Belgium, you only know the city of Brussels, and the famous place is Belgium, right? However, the weather was bad and I was able to do the perfect job while reading the radar even the fog. When I suddenly see the runway through a break in the fog, amateurs are surprised that it is so close. It was a really wonderful job.😊✌️
Great approach and landing by the First Officer. By the way, are those Vortex Generators just out side of the wind screen? Are they to "move the air" for rain? Thanks.
Amazing video, thank you for sharing. It surprises me that heading and track and almost identical on approach, despite the crosswind. Could you explain why the crosswind had so little effect?
Thank you :) Our aircraft have the option "Track UP" on the navigation display so the track is always shown vertical on the ND. At time 6:10 you can see the heading pointer hidden behind the text, almost 10 degrees right of track. ;)
Very nice vid ! Thanks a lot ! Just a question : When you start a descent, do you follow the "top of descent" from the computer or you decide yourself with your own calculation ?
Thanks! ;) When everything is programmed correctly in the FMC, and by that I mean the route in the box is what we're expecting to fly, then we usually use the T/D and let the aircraft descend on the path. But sometimes, for example there is a route programmed in the FMC, but we expect big shortcuts on that route, then we may descend before the T/D point.
Do 737s and other Boeing aircraft automatically reduce the A/T speed to the next flap extend speed when using approach mode like in airbus aircraft or does this have to be done manually by the pilots?
They do but only when in VNAV, so flying an RNAV approach or non-precision with VNAV. With all other modes, includes VOR/LOC, G/S for the ILS, you have to set the speed manually ;)

Ek het dit baie geniet.

Great work, what is safe speed to switch off the autobrakes ? I thought 60kts
top, nog eens een leuke vid. thx.
Great approach and landing by the First Officer. By the way, are those Vortex Generators just out side of the wind screen? Are they to "move the air" for rain? Thanks.
coollll!
Always surprised how close the aircraft is before the minimums callout.
That wasn't close.
Amazing video, thank you for sharing.

@@pilotmax thanks a lot for you answer!
Does it disturb if the wipers are not synced and they make these noise?
Der FO sitzt im Overhead Panel😂
on short final and landing do you look at engines thrust values or its all about feelings to correct the speed ?
330/8 on RWY24 is 8kts crosswind from the right. No gusts, nothing!😂
A question captain, are you now wearing permanent lenses?
Do 737s and other Boeing aircraft automatically reduce the A/T speed to the next flap extend speed when using approach mode like in airbus aircraft or does this have to be done manually by the pilots?
They do but only when in VNAV, so flying an RNAV approach or non-precision with VNAV. With all other modes, includes VOR/LOC, G/S for the ILS, you have to set the speed manually ;)
Comment a tu fait pour apprendre l'anglais aussi bien?
This flight must have been almost empty.
Why does the Captain take over for taxi?
In our company only the captain is allowed and trained to taxi. Also I we have no steering tiller on the FO side on our 737's.
Upload more man
when your pmdg 737 lags so you just become a goddamm pilot
6:29 auto pilot disconnected!
Thanks god, finally your youtube password 😄😁
must change your rubber man...!
Lots of over correcting after autopilot is disengaged.
