You're in good company, Jeff (at least, in my estimation): in a recent Q&A video, Tucker Carlson shares the value of men adopting a "uniform" they're comfortable with and which is applicable to them - and sticking with it. His includes a jacket and tie , of course, but we each need to figure out what our appropriate uniform is. Good food for thought - and thanks for the further article link below.
I've been considering expanding this to my non-work outfits. Without the uniform, I tend to accumulate more clothes than I need and some of the clothes I don't even like are hard to get rid of. It helped a lot to have my wife actually pick out the outfit.
