Não entendo o porquê desses porões principalmente por que não são arejados. Porão pra quê??
@@iramaiasilva5668 porões previnem que as casas congelem no inverno, e também é ser um espaço para guardar coisas, e de colocar o boiler, aquecedor, etc...além de poder ser utilizado como uma segunda sala. Então aqui é quase uma necessidade mesmo.
