      lighten up lil homie, I'm not religious either but people get socialized a certain way and ramadan is a social thing as much as a religious thing, it's something people go through together and bond over, no need to take another persons personal decision and letting it ruin something you otherwise enjoyed. Simply put, if you're getting dogmatic about other peoples world views it is you that has an issue, simply because there's always going to be people with differing outlooks from your own. Have a good weekend!

    Can you make a video on fasting in Ramadan and how to keep fit and healthy? Thanks for the video, shared it.

    • @YeeLeeHaw
      @YeeLeeHaw 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Are you forced to fast by your country or family?

    • @YeeLeeHaw
      @YeeLeeHaw 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@okaychampion1896 That sounds like it's being forced. Obligatory basically means that you have to do it.

    • @YeeLeeHaw
      @YeeLeeHaw 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@okaychampion1896 If it's a personal choice but people say it's obligatory, it is in fact not a personal choice but a mandatory thing to do. It sounds like the thing you have with the Hijab, one could say they aren't forcing the women to wear it, but the ones that have chosen to take it off often gets shunned by the people around them or even receive death threats. If something has conditions to it, it is not a free choice, even if that condition only is implied with consequences and not act upon with force.
      What happens if you don't fast, do you get alienated from the family/society?
      As you probably can tell, I don't like forceful societies and cultures that teach its people to do a bunch of rituals. It's not logical for a God that is supposed to be much more evolved than us to demand such trivial rituals to be taken place in their honor. If you was this evolved entity, would you care about these things? What are the traits you see in a highly evolved being? Would it even be close to the description that most religions describe God to be like?
      Where did the original information come from that you have to fast for religious purposes to begin with?
