Karishma Hegde the Stabilo Highlighters are pretty good. They come in different packs, they also have a pastel pack and are not expensive. A pack of 6 highlighters costs around 500 Rupees.
My favourite highlighters are "Faber Castell Textliner 48 Refill" , these work so well and smoothly. These come in a few different shades, but I have the shades Pastel Blue,Fluorescent pink and Neon Yellow I kinda regret buying the pink one but the others work amazingly. I definitely recommend these so if you're looking for affordable highlighters definitely try these. I mean they're just 17 cents as far as I remember.

I have mildliners , tombow dual brush pens, sarasa milk colours and pastel colours , sarasa black pen, pentel energel pen and refill and my pencil case is the classic pocket....

I also have a super organised pencil case😍 It contains: a pencil which I am using from few years A pen without cap A scale which doesn't have measurement A bits of paper Sharpener dust Yeah I love my pencil case🙂
My faves are Titus pastel highlighter from the Philippines they don't bleed on books and recycled paper like mildliners do but come in soft colors as well
In my pencil case, I put a pencil, 2 black pens, a blue pen, a eraser and a ruler...that's all I need in scl..😊 And I like ur pencil case tour...keep going..all the best
To tell the truth, my notes are always practical, but definitely not pretty. I use normal blue pens, but now I may try the one you mentioned because mines need to dry about 2 minutes before highlighting. For this, I have a mini 5 piece highlighter set from wish, which was super cheap, but it is really high quality. Besides that, I have about 30 fine markers in my pencil case in various colors and some correction rollers. I don't like the liquid one, I think the rollers are much quicker. I also use some pencils and a mechanical pencil and a red pen for correction. Finally, I have a metal ruler, but honestly, it is really not practical as I cannot see the stuff behind, so sometimes I manage to make lines at the wrong place. ;)
in my pencil case i have...... multicolored fine liners, two pencils, blender for blending, black fine pen, rubber, pencil sharpener, coloured pencils, pink and blue hi-lighter and a blue ink pen

My favourite highlighters and the only brand l've bought is dong -a twinliner . It's very great with 2 tips and lots of colours. And alot cheaper than mildliner .it is pastel too.
