Note that Hoshi said that Woozi was inspired to make this song because of him. A while back on one of their tours, Hoshi made a mistake during their ments and later, the members said that it wasn’t right. So Hoshi then said, “Sorry, it’s my first time living today, too”. Woozi heard it and immediately got his phone to note it down. Hence, the Horanghae cameo at the end 🐯 I love them so much, it makes me cry 😭

I don't know if this is any clearer but basically, it was a cute way for him to say that we all make mistakes because there is no practice, every day we live is our first time doing that day.
@Venixisanswer it means that for a new day, the present time, it is your first time going through it and since you cant see the future or know what's going to happen, your plans or situation might not go as smoothly as you'd like, or maybe you would make some mistakes while trying to survive the day. Hence, what hoshi means by saying "it's my first time living today too" is yeah he made mistakes during the ment, so take it easy on him!
Hoshi's cameo was because this song was inspired by Hoshi's apology after a fight with SVT's members where he said "It's my first time living too so if I ever make mistakes like this please correct me and stay with me". All the members were listening to him while Woozi just got hit with inspiration and was like "Wait a min", whipped out his phone and started typing the lyrics on his notepad app😭

I have a kinda long analysis about the MV but I'll try to reduce it for this comment:
Woozi - Social Anxiety. He thinks he doesn't fit in society (there's a frame of him with a puzzle piece) and only have his food delivered, a shut in maybe. After joining the T(iny)ISSUE CLUB, he tried going out by controlling his robot, like testing the waters, before eventually going outside by himself to thank the lovely old lady and hangout with the rest of the vocal unit.
Joshua - He takes care of his department as an Assistant Manager and thinks that all his effort to do so remains unnoticed by them. Meerkats are known to be protective of their gang that's why it's his representation for this MV. After joing the T(iny)ISSUE CLUB, he received a note thanking him for lending them his umbrella and realizing his effort to help his department are seen and they love him for always looking after them.
Seungkwan - He's afraid of being perceived and constantly ignores calls and messages. Related to it is the goldfish bowl idiom where one felt their actions are always being watched. He tried releasing his phone fish back on the ocean and returning it to the phone shop which was both denied meaning he has to solve it himself. Eventually after joining the T(iny)ISSUE CLUB, he started to be open about it towards the members and when it was shown that he's popping the answer button on the bubble wrap, it meant he's finally stopped caring how he's perceived and the popping of the bubble wrap might also mean he doesn't need unnecessary protection for himself anymore and just let life be.
DK - Uncertainty of the future. On his paper, he answered rock (돌) for his future aspirations which could probably mean he's not looking forward to the future or he's anxious about moving forward. During his time on the T(iny)ISSUE CLUB, he learned how to let himself be free by throwing Dolkyeomie (the rock) and he also looked on a frame with another rock which could be someone he's looking up to and finally found an inspiration to keep going.
Jeonghan - Avoiding the future. His eyeglasses are both blurred so he can't read the 'FOREVER IS A LIE' on the Snellar chart during his vision acuity test meaning he doesn't want to accept the fact that everything is finite. By the end, after joining the T(iny)ISSUE CLUB, we saw him remove his glasses and see the members as themselves and even returned the glasses to the ophthalmologist and has decided to see things as they are.
Hoshi - Other than being Woozi's inspiration to write Cheers to Youth, his Tiny Issue might be thinking he's an actual tiger.

for who doesn't know the reason why there was a tiger because hoshi is one of the reasons why woozi wrote this song he was inspired by him when someday they were practice and hoshi made a mistake and said "sorry guys it's my first time living too" then woozi wrote this in his notes saying "it's a good Line i'll keep it"

Just a theory but seungkwan has his phone that portrays a fish. He went to a fisher but the fished doesn't accept the 'fish'. Then he went to a phone store and the employee also refused to take it.

In Korea when someone is not answering to phone call or AFK too long, we say "잠수하다" (went underwater).
Seungkwan's cell phone turned into a fish is an metaphor of this. "Seungkwan went underwater" because he hated answering the phone and getting his morning alarm.
