Seventeen has a lot more shows too. One of the funnier ones are their One Fine Day (OFD) series.
One Fine Day is a show where the featured celebrities get to go on a holiday trip and basically have fun. So Seventeen was so pumped up to get to know that. But turns out they have to be castaways and basically survive on their own. It's very funny. Here, you will also see Mingyu's prowess in cooking, earning him the title "Ming-Housewife".
The second time they were featured on One Fine Day, they got to go to Japan. At first, they were skeptical because of what happened tot hem in the first season. But it soon turned out to be quite fun.
In both seasons of OFD, you get to see how they interact with each other along with how they handle any negativity in the group. Such as fights and misunderstandings. You can really see their group dynamic and how much they support each other. And really, their teamwork is the best.
Also, Seventeen has their own show where they post on their SEVENTEEN channel called Going Seventeen. It first started as a behind-the-scenes look for their first world tour. But later on, also showed the behind-the-scenes of the making of each album. This is where you can really see the hard work they put to do a great performance. The rehearsals, brainstorming, recording, shoots and more. My favourite part is when they show behind-the-scenes of the recording where you can see Woozi directing the members. It just is so cool. But of course, Seventeen always has their fun sides and you can expect a lot of that too. Overall a very interesting series.

It's a variation on something they do in almost every live performance: 1) Soonyoung kind-of pushes Jihoon out of the way when they switch places for their lines. 2) Jihoon looks stunned/grumpy/angry. 3) Jihoon sometimes pretends to retaliate; like here, he's doing a poison blowdart action. 4) Soonyoung usually looks gleefully oblivious and immune; but today, he catches Jihoon in the act and stares him down (wouldn't happen in real life, just saying).
Elsewhere, you see Seokmin (Dokyeom) doing horse imitations because the lyrics include the syllable 'mal', the Korean word for horse. So, it's a pun - classic old-school Seventeen-Carat in-joke. You notice that he does it again in Mansae.
Also, you see at least 1 member pour out some water. Again, that's a pun with the lyrics.
You also mentioned Seungkwan rapping Hansol's (Vernon's) parts. If you look closely, you'll notice that Hansol often does Seungkwan's parts. In Mansae, he does it quite extremely. Seungkwan's usually very salty about it.
About Jun's nametag, that was a key part of their Mansae costume concept; most of the time, they each had 1 or more such large nametags freely placed on their jacket.

a couple things - i appreciate that you pause the videos in your reactions when you want to say something or just laugh, bc it always bugs me when reactors don't pause and then miss details in the song or video bc they're too busy talking or laughing to notice. it's frustrating when you know the thing they're reacting to and are looking forward to them seeing a detail or hearing a lyric, and then they just don't even notice bc their attention is momentarily distracted. pauses for laugh breaks and replays ftw~

You should watch One Fine DAy Seventeen. They were trick into a survival show...there was a chicken episode that is a must see. It's definitely a must watch for any Carat. And then One Fine Day Japan after that. It's so cool to see the hyung line vs the maknae line. Woozi being the maknae for the hyung line, even they were a little weirded out about it.
