Sa wrap mo walang crepe kasi kami sa work ko ang turo sa akin para di maging saggy ang pastry mo kailangan my crepe para my sumalo sa liquids sa loob ng wellington. 2. Hi Ninong Ry avid fan here. Pinakamahirap talaga lutuin ang beef wellington at marami munang mistake bago mo maperfect lalo na yung pastry bukod sa mahal ang mga ing. Naamazed ako sa mga bali at twist ng recipe mo pra maging pinoy pa din ang lasa and parang ang sarap ng finish product mo ( sana makatikim hehehe ). Napansin ko lng sa resting after kunin sa oven siguro much better sa rack ilagay pra hindi mababad ng sabaw ang pastry sa ilalim para iwas soggy. Pero still looks appetizing pa din naman. Looking forward for more recipe. Btw nice set up ng camp car love it!

Hi Ninong Ry avid fan here. Pinakamahirap talaga lutuin ang beef wellington at marami munang mistake bago mo maperfect lalo na yung pastry bukod sa mahal ang mga ing. Naamazed ako sa mga bali at twist ng recipe mo pra maging pinoy pa din ang lasa and parang ang sarap ng finish product mo ( sana makatikim hehehe ). Napansin ko lng sa resting after kunin sa oven siguro much better sa rack ilagay pra hindi mababad ng sabaw ang pastry sa ilalim para iwas soggy. Pero still looks appetizing pa din naman. Looking forward for more recipe. Btw nice set up ng camp car love it!
