This is soooo awesome! Every time I head to my hunting camp in the Big Bend of Florida I drive through all of Chiefland! I hunt in Perry, FL

I hunt in Columbia county, Lake city Fl. So, 4 years ago i shot a 128 7/8 inch main frame 8 point that was 185 pounds. He's supposedly gonna be the #6 buck killed in Columbia county by bow, just haven't had him officially scored yet by F.W.C. He was killed on private property. I know exactly where this deer on video was killed, and yes, it's a high fenced game preserve. At least he shot him with a bow though lol. Anyways, congratulations on your beautiful 10 point. I just can't find it in my heart to hunt a high fence. But, to each his own. If he's a trophy to you that's all that matters budd. Remember to aim small, miss small. Good luck to everyone out there this year.

Thanks for the clarification! I’m done with this video. High fence hunting is pathetic

I can remember almost every shot and the situation when I look at my mounts on the wall. But I can also remember the great times with buddies that we're there on those hunts. Those memories successful hunting day or not, are cherished just as much as the actual hunt, track, recovery. And that, is what hunting is all about aground my farm.

What a Good Buck! I didn't think they got that big down in Florida. Looked like you had a very Good Hunt all the way around!

Am I the only one that thinks it's a little crazy that they are encouraging 70 yard shots??

Yes and no, i know what i can shoot. i wouldn't take a 70 yard shot ever, with a bow. put i know people that are good enough or think they are. ;)

I know what you mean. I have seen videos of guys hitting targets super far away, but thats not real life. I respect saying that someone might practice at 70 so they know they will be perfect at 30 or even 40, but I dont like that shot in real life. Just my opininon. There are too many factors like wind and animal movement that can go wrong. Arrows arent as fast as bullets. All I am saying is injuring an animal, and not finding it really makes an ethical hunter feel like shit.

Nice cinematography...but taking super long... bad shots is not hunting ethical.
