Just have ur name and confirmation number available and u will get ur car right away. Everything was very simple. From the moment we landed , got off the plane , walked to ground transportation, went outside and immediately saw the shuttle, quick ride to enterprise, when to the front desk and presented the name and confirmation number and was immediately sent to our car. We got our car did a thorough look over with the agent, signed off and left with our car.

My wife did the kiosk in Vegas and we didn't have wait in line at all.
