Climbed all the way to from 1700 to 2050 in shuffle after the patch then when people caught onto the bugs the next day all you see is ele shaman and hunters I only win 2 rounds every shuffle cus they’re always 6-0 unless it’s a ele shaman and a bm hunter then it’s based off luck rather then skill at that point. I’m now at 1800 again. Blizzards focus is on making things pretty and M+… I’m tryin hard to hold onto this game but it’s literally forcing me out the door at this point. Oh and I killed a hunters pet three times he never revived it once. It just kept spawning

Before patch 0 for 3-3 games or 1 point. Before patch I was quite annoyed at how hard climping was but getting 47 for 3-3 is just insane..
i still don't understand why stormkeeper isn't makeing tempest instant cast. it's so clunky to have your keeper up and trying to spam bolt only to realise that the reson it won't go off it's because tempest is up and needs to be hard casted.

Currently leveling a hunter. It's really fun to play. Love the sound table they used. Blizzard has some garbage leadership when it comes to balance, though. The moment all the old heads left, it was all down hill from there. I still like the game though. I just don't take it very seriously at all anymore, and it's been nice.
I'm sure the studio is looking into what happened with this patch - I'd really like to see them do some kind of public statement about the patch that says this happened for X reasons and we're doing Y to prevent it. Truly one of the sloppiest patches I've seen & I started in BC
The way you are looking at representation charts is fundamentally flawed, because some specs are played by a lot more people than others, if an obscure spec that nobody plays has similar representation than a spec that 10 times more people play it then its probably absurdly overpowered. The unfortunate side effect of this is that specs that not many people play become OP and then others that just dont enjoy that spec or cba to reroll just quit the game, hurting the player base badly.
The way that you perceive representation is very strange. What is your definition of an "Obscure" spec? By definition of a spec is being played, it's not obscure. If by that you mean that a sudden change in representation indicates a surge in positive power, then sure, but that's EXACTLY what representation charts tell us. By the sounds of it you're just assuming that X spec is obscure because it's "Unpopular" but if people are playing it, clearly that's not the case.
Spec representation reflect the power of the spec. The stats are a lot of time from higher rating and at that rating most people play what is good atm. So if you see a lot of people playing a spec at that rating its because the spec is good and same thing if no one play it at high rating its because its not so good for high level play. But for average player at 1600-1700 yeah a very low representation spec does not mean its bad you will be fine with it
I don't think they should have mixed the balance patch with the 20th anniversary content patch. Most folks were looking forward to the Anniversary event, and then some got nerfed, and rotations totally changed, kind of a puts a bad taste in some mouths.
Can confirm: as a total pve noob in pvp gear that’s barely upgraded, I copied a build, joined by friend’s group doing BRD raid for event tokens…and absolutely destroyed the group in damage on most fights. I can’t even imagine how insane this feels with solid gear.
For the love of god please do not nerf enhancement. It is finally fun and powerful. Ascendance finally feels impactful again and it’s certainly not god tier like tons of other specs right now. Please let enhance stay good

I can’t deny how disappointed I am with the tuning of BRD. Did anyone actually test the raid on either difficulty? We did not need overtuned progression content for the anniversary catch-up patch. It needs a heavy nerf before anyone can actually consider pugging it.
It just does it passively now, and if you talent to improve ancient teachings it will heal for more just like fistweaving. It is included. The healing is still buffed by the 2.2x multiplier in pvp (374% with talent)
Hunter, Feral, Mages -- these classes need their self heals NERFED HARD in PVP. This is pathetic. This company has lost their damn minds.... They need to go on a massive employee replacement in this company because their math skills are pathetic.
i just got back to the game. Spend more then 100£ for this old garbage.. And see the same issues after waisting 1 mounth of my life grindind, just to see a mock fest...Jokes on the fans. No good mmo on the market, just pure trash.
Even if just 5% buff to rake.. feral absolutely does not need any increase to dmg. In fact, it desperately needs a decrease to dmg to make a healthier pvp meta.

This is because some specs are just inherently less popular for other reasons besides power. For example I’m making up numbers to illustrate. Feral being 14% representation doesn’t tell us anything. If in the past feral was always 7% but now it’s 14%, that means it’s strong cuz representation doubled. If it was always 14% in the past then it’s not overly represented. Make sense?

the bars thing gets fixed if you just press Edit mode and then cancel out of it!

Unfortunately the crackling jade healing for MW will be nerfed. Blizz does not want MW to be good for some reason.
I think if you proc another tempest it should instant cast the one that would have been munched or just let it stack idk

It's clear with balancing they care 0% about PvP. ALl the buffs / nerfs are pve focussed as usual and PvP is paying the pentaly as usual as well.

In pve ele is doing as much dps as entire groups. There are clips of them doing 30mil dps and melting bosses.
