I can't even attempt that climb. Especially in the heat. You are way tougher than I am. Thank you William.☮️💖🎶

Thank you William for taking me on this adventure, It was cool that you had a meetup with another explorer like you and the desert mountains can get very challenging from what I remember when I was a young man but Im glad that you had no incident.

I watch and subscribed to both of your channels for quite a while. Really enjoy you both. I love to explore the California deserts, both solo and with a groups

You did super well with Tim. Experience counts when you're hiking steep terrain wherever you are. And good boots. See you next time 👩‍🚀

We used to go rock hounding there in Good Springs always checking out the tailings of the mines, but hardly ever ventured inside. the one particular time we did, we started getting dizzy, and quickly made our way back out. there are deadly gasses that can over take you quickly before you even realize what's happening.

Tim's just plowing up that hill like it's nothing. I'm sweating just thinking about that heat. 🥵 🔥

At 20:04, really great discovery of the engine part!! Even better seeing the Spark Plug was a Wards Riverside from Montgomery Wards Store that went out of business in 2001.

Brilliant video! Love to do a bit of exploring myself, but that is extreme! and the heat - I couldn't cope with those temperatures, so thanks to you both for showing us those mines. Can you imagine actually living and working up there full time!!!

Ever go up the hiking trail in Mt. Charleston? The one with the waterfall at the end of the trail. That will give you a work out.

Where you were at I was on the upper side looking down. There was a cable system that had been collapsed. Many mines out there but they are blocking them off. Great video.

There must be an easier way to get there if they brought in all that heavy square tubing and a welder to make those gates?

I did that hike a couple years ago with someone from a different TH-cam channel. We found an opening below the tramway that wasn’t gated. It was sprinkling the higher we got and the last hundred feet it began to snow. The mines had many many levels only accessible by hundred year old wooden ladders that were missing rungs, I was very scared. You get into those predicaments and realize how weak you are or what areas of your bod you need to train more. I loved sliding down the pilings, took me back to my kiddo days in Pioche. Don’t tell anyone this part but my cousin works for the outfit that installs those gates and he says they use a variety of wheel locks on them gates.

It sucks when the mines are gated off like let people explore the mines.

I really like your videos, and how you show in some that you go out armed. Has anybody ever told you that you look like Philadelphia Phillie’s slugger Kyle Schwarber?
