Can I suggest an alternative to buying expensive plastic feeders then taking the lead off etc. Simply buy a pack of ladies’ hair curlers and cut them down to size. Also an old piece of foam pipe lagging can do the floatant job. Cut 1cm wide sections off the end of a length of pipe lagging. Squeezed tightly, it can be pushed into the feeder and stays in place. I’d still glue it in though.
Hello Ben you've done it again it doesn't matter what pole or method or bait you choose you always catch fish no not just fish a lot of fish. There's people winning matches up and down the country who haven't got half the knowledge or water craft you have I take my hat off to you well done son stay safe.
Got a match this sunday and this method could be deadly. How deep is the water you are fishing and what depth is the hooklength set to? Great Vid mate 👍👍
So is it a method for fishing swallow water Ben being the feeder is a floating feeder and could imagine floating baits wouldn't come out the Feeder easy what depth of water is it best for Cheers Ben.
Don't see why this would be against fishery rules. It's not a floating bait. The only rule that I know that touches on how you feed, is you are not allowed to use a second pole or rod at the same time. I make my own 3 gram wagglers combined with a small maggot feeder. I catch lots of fish on them fishing past the pole line. There is no rule that says a feeder has to be on the bottom.

Thanks for the kind words fella as long as someone gets something out of it then its a winner.
If you get metal pipe or feeder of the same internal diameter you can heat it up and push it through the poly. No mess as it melts it and cuts cleanly
Thanks for taking the time to share and explain.
Glad it was helpful!
Mike Harvey, Norwich. Thanks for great video. I now need to go to the tackle shop to buy the feeders etc.
Good luck!
Great videos I'm new to fishing and this are helpful 🎣🎣🎣

Have fun!
Top Video as always Ben🦈🐟🐠🐡
Thanks 👍
I shall have to give this a go
Great video keep it up👍
Thanks, will do!
A very good idea, however in a match situation I'm sure slapping and fishing shallow would be better and eventually give you a better weight.
Totally agree just a bit of fun

It can be used on any depth venue. but when it is hotter as the fish are up in the water competing
Ok thanks for that mate.
Do you put your hookbait in side the feeder
no bud just leave below so they an intercept
@@Angling4U cheers mate I'm going to try and make it I've got a match tomorrow was going to use it
Do you put the beads either side of the feeder
What happened to your new Garbolino box Ben or are these older videos?
Shot just out of lock down fella
Try using hair rollers instead of a feeder
love it reminded me of my gran when we were little that always had hair rollers in.
@@Angling4U 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I make my own feeders for the trent. A lot cheaper when its snaggy
check with the fishery before using this it is NOT allowed at some fisheries.
Was ok but good advice

You are so concerned with catching fish and not showing the rig in detail
not really i take 10mins in vid to show you how to make it bud then how to attach the rig.
