Here is a little tip, don't boil your broccoli in water and drain out some of the nutrients. For frozen veggies, just put them in a pan/pot without water, cover and cook on very low heat. It already has enough water to cook on its own.
Thanks for the tip, but I'm already aware that steaming veggies is better and that boiling veggies loses more nutrients. I boiled them based on convenience only because I have an extremely busy schedule and this is more time convenient. As I mentioned in the beginning of my video, this isn't the healthiest way of eating. 😊

I am vegan as well but I don't know if you still want to be vegan but my suggestion is to eat a lot of healthy fats and it will help you to maintain the weight rather than losing weight!
Finally found a vegan diet/health/body building channel! Every vegan channel I follow is mostly them eating large amounts of foods, which is awesome but I was looking for someone that focus on dieting and hitting the gym thank you! I'm stuck!
Wow Toni! Your hard work and discipline are really paying off. You look fantastic and I can feel the positive energy coming through the screen (cheesy , I know but whatever cause it's true!). I've been tweaking my macros to try produce the best results for myself. I've had some success but it's been very slow. I can't tell you how encouraging it is to see you looking and feeling so good after finding the sweet spot with your nutrition. Try to use less water when you are cooking your veggies. You can loose a lot of nutrients by over cooking your veggies. Try to invest in a steamer or some method of steaming. Much success in the competition. Also you mentioned that when you complete the competition you are looking to try another way of eating. Have you ever heard of the ketogenic diet in combination with a vegan lifestyle . Although with the keto diet you do eat meat but you can fashioned it to your lifestyle. The most important part about keto is that it is a high fat low carb way of eating. When I say high fat I'm talking about healthy fat, such as coconut oil, avocado oil and avocados, olive olive oil. I've found that maintaining a high fat way of eating gives you more of a feeling of satisfaction. I'm not fully keto any more, I've moved more towards a Paleo lifestyle. With anything in life you have to find what works for you. It's just a suggestion. So if you have a little time try and do a little reading on it.

I've been drinking 12 8 oz. glasses of water a day for the past month and I just realized if I drink 4 more glasses I'll be a gallon and water really does make a difference in how we feel. Thanks! And no, I can't. Tofu doesn't really have a taste to me, it's supposed to pick up any flavor ingredients in the dish you mix or cook it with. I say try it girlie, use the silken tofu for a more smoother taste in your shake. 😊

Hi Toni how are you I've tried the gArden of life raw organic meal favor plain I feel sleepily and tried after I drink it I add vanilla almond milk I don't know why since anything in the ingredients is all natural but when I think about in the past I've tried other products by garden of life like women's once daily and chlorella and some other vegan probiotc Dietay and also experience headaches and sleepily
