The stats are nice but it still can't compete with the procs from level 76 arcane gear. Better stats yes. But the procs on arcane weapon alone trumps the legendary set. Trust me, after testing it with my sorcerer I would take just the Skratch staff by its self over all 6 level 81 legendarys. If your on a tight budget though this may be the way you want to go. Lots cheaper then arcane gear

but like your armor is too low
