saerom is the reason why i have a very very soft spot for leaders.. she is not perfect, there are things that i wish she could have done better during fromis earlier years that a leader should have pushed better.. but at the same time, i really just want to root for her... there are a lot of things behind the scenes that we dont know and understand. and because fromis is fromis, there are a lot times that they have been and would be called out internally. each and every time fromis is getting called out, saerom is the first in line to get yelled at, to get reprimanded at etc.. now that the members have matured, we could see other members that could be good as leaders as well.. kweng being the forefront, then jisun and jiwon.. but back then when they were younger there really was no one that could carry the weight of being a leader but saerom.. (we even know the story of the ex-leader) even the members' current delicate balance of being bold against pledis but at the same time not stepping on unnecessary lines, saerom is the forefront blockage for that. the members matured enough to know they cant keep on being silent, but at the same time they cant act out too excessively.. heonie's "this is not permitted? so what? i would just get yelled at, so what?" attitude, saerom would be the one catching most of that on internal affairs, but she would probably brush that off and tell the members "its ok, just do whatever you like" now imagine how tough that talk after kweng's went... (i know, too deep, sorry)
