Hi ya Dazza - fantastic reaction - this is my favourite Lucy performance. It has special meaning to me and brings me to tears every time I watch it since the loss of my wife in July 2020. However, it is SO good, I can't NOT watch it over and over again. Thank you so much for adding this to your list on Lucy appreciation 'week'. Others can belt too, but the difference in Lucy’s belt is she sings them - the tones, the note changes, the emotion, the vibrato, the breath control, the power. All and only that’s require, effortlessly. Then the spine tingling chills to go with it that stand your hairs on end. That’s the difference! Yes , the lyrics are from Eric Carmen , but the Melodie is from a classical music composer : Rachmaninoff. ( Eric was sued for the copyrights and loose the trial. He had to share the benefits with the composer.) Anyway Lucy is at the same level than Céline ( for me, above)❤❤
