@@fatihahfarizan02 I see the following files inside the zip file: library (File folder), lm741-PSpiceFiles (File folder), lm741 (DSN File), lm741 (LIB File), lm741.libsig (LIBSIG File), and lm741.opj (OPJ File). From the list here, which one can be used for .MOD file? How do you modifiy it?

Hey, are you sure you have your library file in the ltspice directory? And you named your opamp correctly?
even if the file doesnt have LM741.MOD in it, you have to add the .MOD part to ltspice. this fixed it for me

It is showing open-loop gain of around 28db, am I measuring in wrong way or is it right that it has low open loop gain
