Mat4yo’s verse was my favorite. The different way he uses “Aloha to the Alola” changes its meaning completely. With it at the start, it’s a greeting. But Aloha means both hello and goodbye. He’s saying goodbye to Alola…which everyone would have done if Necrozma hadn’t been stopped in USUM. Just that one line after such an amazing verse before it secured the Alola verse as my favorite on this Cypher

I actually couldn't stop laughing at Shwabadi's reaction to Mix's opening-
in my opinion, i went and did some Heavy analysis of Haztiks verse and damn did i find some godlike bars, he mentions geomancy being Xerneas move and geomancy being organizing stuff in simple diagrams to fix stuff, zygardes whole ecosystem philosophy, He references all of these mythological beings like Yggdrasil World Tree stuff and a bunch of other names i cant say.. I can explain everything here but my god is his verse dope
Just adding on here: As more a pokemon player than a knowledgeable person of rap, I noticed immediately that he used all 3 legendary's signature moves which I thought was really cool. Xerneas with Geomancy (also Moonblast), Yveltal with Oblivion Wing, and Zygarde with Land's Wrath
@@valeereon9954 yup he did, he also referenced all 3 abilities, aura break, fairy aura, dark aura, the fact yveltal cocoons and goes into sleep mode (hence circle of life bar) whenever yveltal comes out of sleep/cocoon mode it is because someone has agrivated it and is trying to turn it into petrified stone + xerneas needing to stop it. True perfection

I like Shwabadi vibing to his own verse. I just found that so funny. Also, it’s not a drizzle I’ll reign your parade. That’s probably my favorite line in the thing. Even if generation six was my favorite verse.

DUDE THE ALOHA TO THE ALOLA LINE WAS SO GOOD THO, they all said it in the beggining, and aloha means hello, and all of the previous alola verses were about the people of alola but he was a pokemon from another dimension, the legendary who steals light, he said that your little vacations over, so aloha to the alola, and aloha also means goodbye as well as hello, so he stole the sun, said your vacation is over, AND INSTEAD OF BEGGING WITH "HELLO TO ALOLA", HE ENDED WITH "GOODBYE TO ALOLA", BUT USING THE SAME EXACT SENTENCE

Its already becoming iconic and rightfully so. Not only does it stand completely on its own, and work on multiple levels, even with the most basic level of cultural knowledge someone could have. They will still get that a legendary superdimensional being has arrived to bring despair and you might just assume that being is simply announcing his presence or the beginning of his era by saying Aloha to the alola in that case. If you know that Aloha also has a second meaning, it gets even doper because now that being is saying goodye instead. And for anyone listening who happens to be fully caught up on the meta history of the line "Aloha to the alola" in the previous cyphers as well, its all just too godly for words

the only cam cypher that i like more than this is the Sonic Villains cypher. Overall it's because of the beats-both this cypher and that one's beats go so freaking hard and I LOVE it!
this has been my favorite pokemon cypher for a while and for the longest time I didn't realize that my favorite verse, the second one
was made by you and let me just tell you that your lyrics and flow hit so hard and your verse along with Mat4yo's is the reason this is one of my favorite cypher of all time

ever since i started listening to Cam Steady and the Cyphers especially, it makes me be on a cypher with Cam, but that's all a big dream, maybe one day im on one of his cyphers, just gotta improve with my rapping/singing, mostly rapping and maybe some day, ill be on one of Cams Cyphers

I had the exact same reaction to Haztik coming in, didn't look at the name and was so confidently thinking it was Mat4yo at first haha
I do think Haztiks voice sounds similar too, just a little bit lower. I never noticed that!!!!

I think people have so much to work with when it comes to legendaries, I fully expect 2 more legendary cyphers, both of which will be good

The Kalos legendary bar was my favorite and I can tell about it all day long

This Pokemon rap cypher was so LEGENDARY that I couldn't choose a favorite verse, but I really loved your verse for the Tower Duo (Lugia and Ho-Oh), Shwabadi. I also loved the following verses as well: Cam Steady's verse for the Weather Trio (Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza), Zach B's verse for the Creation Trio (Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina), Haztik's verse for the Aura Trio (Xerneas, Yveltal, and Zygarde), and Mat4yo's verse for the Light Trio (Solgaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma).

I'm going to be honest here, your verse was by far my favorite since Gold and Silver were the first Pokemon games I played, I especially loved the reference to the Gamecube games with Shadow Lugia in your verse. Second place goes to Zach with Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum since Diamond was the first game I played all the way through.

Sidenote: Yes! Geomancer is indeed a job from final fantasy tactics. I believe it originated in FF5.
