It's hard to say without seeing it, make sure there aren't any small typos or anything (that's a common mistake for me). Could you copy what you have in the macro window here?
So you must be enraged to cast raging blow now? What is another spell to increase rage at the beginning of an opener if I cannot use raging blow until I’m enraged?
The main addons you see in this video are Shadowed Unit Frames, Bartender (my action bars), Skada (my dmg meter), Chinchillia Minimap, Vex Power (my rage bar) and TellMeWhen (how I track my enrage etc). Hope that helps!

I recommend using the Inner Rage talent which takes away the enrage requirement for Raging Blow and gives it a cooldown instead

What's the add-on that shows your rage bar at the bottom?
In this video i'm using VexPower but I have since switched to using TellMeWhen to track my rage. Hope that helps!

My warrior is only lvl 76 how much does the rotation change?
I haven't leveled a warrior in a very long time so i'm not entirely sure - I feel like it should play relatively similar at level 76 though

If you're really serious about pushing for a high rating then I would probably suggest playing arms, but fury is definitely still viable
