three months ago i was committing adultery with this girl . then after i something really wrong happen . as i went to the doctor and she told me i was diagnosed with chlamydia. that moment i was terrified and thought that is it is the end of me and my life and i was gonna be with this all my life. it was like someone was putting a gun to your head and said say your last words before you disappear from this world. it was terrible. but thank god thank the lord she told me it had a cure. still i left shocked out of my life and wept in my car once. a few days later i was on youtube and thank god for youtube i was watching this pastor talking about that god loves us tremendously but if we did not repent we will end up in hell for ever. as i was going through my treatment and still shocked from it i believe god was showing me a little glimpse of what eternity is and was very afraid . but i also knew that god loves us and that he desires to go to heaven and be with him . that same week at work i gave my life to the lord jesus christ. long live the Prince of peace and the righteousness and holy god. Jesus is lord. god bless you all brothers and sisters .god works in many ways and mysterious ways.

Christ says that if you obey His commands then we love Him. And if we love Him then the Father loves us. So my name, Jedediah, not only means that I'm loved by God, but that I love Jesus because I obey (need to be obedient to) His commands. It is a a call to obedience. But it doesn't stop there. summer school is giving me a hard time, going to relieve my stress by listening to uplifting hillsong songs.
We as humanity are enemies of God, one who is righteous and holy and pure. But yet He calls us who have been redeemed by the Blood of Jesus as friends. It is a whole paradigm shift from being condemned to death because of sin, outcast, brought to shame, to becoming one who can stand in the presence of a mighty God. God is truly amazing!

My name is Jedediah, which means "loved by God". I recently found out that my name also means "friend of God".
The Holy Spirit revealed a revelation about my name. Christ says that if you obey His commands then we love Him. And if we love Him then the Father loves us. So my name, Jedediah, not only means that I'm loved by God, but that I love Jesus because I obey (need to be obedient to) His commands. It is a a call to obedience.
But it doesn't stop there. Christ goes on to say that those who obey His commands He also calls "friend". So the second meaning of my name is also a call to obedience!
Let's not forget that loving God and friendship with Him isn't just a profession but an action. An action of obedience to Him and His Word.
