It reads the same words if you look at it closely, and it's exactly placed at the same spot where Dave Davey's print of DON DONALD has the "Don Donald" text positioned. Does Dave's print of the cartoon come from MICKEY MOUSE CLUB by any chance? Best to seek out an element of episode #8 for more information.
I Think Most Of These Was Actually Taped Over On A 16mm Print, Especially Donald Applecore Reminds Me Of A Super 8mm Print. And I Don't Know Why A Few Donalds Have The Early Goofy Theme.
I think the typical method would be to use a regular release positive print and simply splice in the foreign language title when making a negative print for a duplicate release print. The sound would be separate so it's a matter of keeping everything in sync.
The reason why the Goofy theme (and the early 1940s Donald theme) was used was probably because they wanted to avoid the Donald Duck Song, as it would confuse audiences to have a song in English in an otherwise German-dubbed compilation.

@@disneyfan85 Those are from Donald Duck geht nach Wildwest and a Super 8 print; it seems they weren’t very consistent regarding theme/no theme.
