He never abandons expensive games. He always tries to update it. so that players can continue to play But the game machine is already 7-8 years old. You need to give it some time to update and develop. And I'm happy to know that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be coming next year. It has to be better than Nintendo. Current model and PS protar for sure❤️🔥

I had a 4 hour download on Tuesday due to the Microsoft outage. But, if you're experiencing desync issues this has to be a Microsoft server problem.

It's wild how they improve visual aspects for the stages and many characters and then suddenly another visual bug pops up haha, it's like wack a mole but with the porting team.
Additionally, Dark Raiden's Gold and Silver pallettes also suffer that same bug, hopefully fixed soon.
Yeah glad they slowly upgrading for the switch I remember when the game first launched it was really bad

First of all, I would like to congratulate you, as always, on your well-prepared videos, with a lot of information. I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate the Shiver team and know that they are doing a good job. The only thing missing is the graphics and uploading the textures for some scenarios, as they have done with this last one. It looks very good, especially the texture of the ground, they should continue like this, let's see when the next patches will be since we have finished the first DLC, let's see what Kombat Pack 2 brings us and when they will announce it.
I haven’t even tried playing an opponent online in awhile just because of the loading time. I just run invasions and towers
Bug fixes? Boy i call this update a bug addition 😂
Apart from wu shi academy sub-zero’s ice moves in his OOD skin is broken, shang-tsung’s claws don’t retract anymore or either are stuck on the floor, OOD smoke and DA Shang’s cloth flaps are gone, but hey reiko’s knife is fixed so somehow more bugs got added and a sprinkle of a fix 😂
Friend, make a comparison of the MK 11 vs the MK 1 since the MK 11 was updated and has more resolution and runs better
Thanks for the update. And I've been playing the Ferra kameo more than Takeda. It's because its hard for me to execute those combos. But Ferra on the other hand can boost my Meter but can also launch a sweep and overhead projectiles. I don't hate Takeda but, I can't do the combos of Takeda in Tutorial practice mode.
Great job for Shiver Interactive. I'll keep watching from the sidelines.
Thank you for constantly posting those videos! They are really well made and informative! So far I've put in more than 150 hours into the Switch version of MK 1 - but I still kinda suck at the game. XD XD XD I'm just not able to pull off more than the most basic combos.... ^__^
Anyways... it's also good to see that the developement team continues to upgrade the game - must be hard work, when they also have to implement all the general additions and tweaks. Porting a game that was developed for the PS5 and XBox series must have been pure and utter hell - and still they managed to do a really good job.
I missed the last sale cause I spent too long debating. But when or if it does go on sale again I wonder if I should just wait for the ultimate version which will have all dlc. There will be a Kombat pack 2 so...

Anybody experiencing black screen on their Switch when trying to fight boss Havik in Shang’s Lab (Invasion Mode)? I dont want to miss this season just because of that 😓
Thanks for the coverage! That update took a while, I was hoping for some better visuals. I know the Switch doesn’t compare to the other machines but the Switch can do better than this. Apex Legends is fuzzy, but during gameplay, especially in older environments like Habitat, the game runs very pretty and can handle multiple characters with their powers and effects all at once. There’s just way more going on. I don’t expect PS4 Pro levels of visual quality in MK1 for Switch, but what Netherrealm has done is a grift and makes me question a lot of choices if they expect me to believe that a 2D.5 fighting game on a single plain cannot look better than it currently does. This is just my 2¢ though. This is still unacceptable. It still looks like a PS2 game, especially for the price. Otherwise, great stuff as always.
It’s got a lot of stuff that the Xbox and Wii could never do, but there are definitely times where it falls into that early xb360 or early PS3 graphics realm from when devs were still figuring out those systems. That’s something I think about when I see bad or rushed Switch ports.
It’s definitely improving and the improvements are great, but every time I think maybe it’s where it needs to be I then see a couple of things that aren’t quite there yet.
Hopefully after a couple more incremental patches it can be where it needs to be as a Switch port.
The update sacrificed OoD Smoke and DA Shang to finally fix Deception Sindel lmaoo
and the UMK3 Scorpion + Reptile and 95 Movie Sub-Zero + Reptile skins are also bugged funnily enough, weird clipping on their faces. but yeah its nice to see they're fixing everything else.

I saw the patch drop and wanted to see the current state of the game and the video was a good indication. it really looks like they took a page from hogwarts and created all new last gen assets. that load time is absolutely killer though. i think they need to axe intros for the switch and work on streaming some things in post round start.

The load times really aren’t that bad, I never understood why people act like it’s such a big deal 20 seconds i unlock my phone swipe down once or twice in ig or sum and im on

yeah I get that. Sometimes to me it feels way faster than 20 seconds. I could almost swear its like 5 seconds but when I time it, its usually around 16-20 seconds.
But still am gonna get xbox version tbh
