The problem is not capitalism, but plutocracy/oligarchy as a result of rampant capitalism. The trickle down theory is now proven false as it has no statistical proof. Tbh...American capitalism is not what India should have with...we need an Indian form where our civilisational values of earning is good but the approach to money is that it's held in trust are the basis.

These idiot podcasters have a bit of knowledge and then they go about spouting that pretending to be subject matter experts. Here is what the Judge said about the case - “The process leading to the approval of Musk’s compensation plan was deeply flawed,” McCormick (Judge) wrote in the colorfully written 200-page decision. “Musk had extensive ties with the persons tasked with negotiating on Tesla’s behalf.”
Essentially Elon appointed his own buddies to the board who then granted his wish for a ridiculous pay package. A shareholder challenged it and Judge then gave his ruling on it.
Don't believe every podcaster who turns up on these channels.
