How do you 'exit' the rocket? That's what I can't figure out. All it says is 'HOLD'.....hold what?

@@ReavexYTI figured as much but I play on PC, and I tried that key bind (holding ‘E’) but that doesn’t work. I’ll keep playing around with it. Thanks!
What's the difference between doing all this and just typing "386786"?
