Totally agree about The Irishman, it's a great film, one of Scorsese's best films. I've noticed online a lot of people are on this bandwagon mocking some of the scenes or the running time of the film, never understood that. From my first viewing of the film I was engaged and fascinated from beginning to end, filled with top tier performances, everyone delivered, and just seeing Scorsese's craft at work, the music, editing, cinematography was a true pleasure, great storytelling, great filmmaking.
Hi gents! Just subscribed, REALLY enjoy your enthusiasm for film, and the way you crack each other up cracks ME up! Keep inspiring folks to widen their apertures on film! Having said that, I am a native New Englander (10 years in Boston, as well), and you fellas are reinforcing the stereotype that Bay Staters provincially mangle pronunciations by Anglicizing everything. I'm not suggesting emulating foreign accents, sounding overly affected, or having to nail everything perfectly (like my bizarrely pronounced last name), but maybe quickly look up how to pronounce names like Sotomayor, Ceausescu, and Bernstein, before recording? I know you can pronounce place names like Billerica, Worcester, and Methuen without thinking about it, so... 😄 Anyhoo, keep up the wicked pissah work and the energy levels!
Think I gotta go with James' team. This just gave me anxiety about my fantasy draft on Friday. My draft if I can pick any 10 I'd pick them in this order 1. Goodfellas 2. Taxi driver 3. Raging bull 4. The departed 5. The aviator 6. Casino 7. Wolf of wall street 8. Silence 9. The Irishman 10. Cape fear
Scorsese is the GOAT!!! Film would look very different without his contributions to cinema and his influenced a heap of great directors. My favourites are his “Holy Trinity” of Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, and GoodFellas.
I know this comment doesn't relate to the video.. but have you two ever seen the Guy Richie film: the gentlemen? Love for you guys to do a review on it. I know you're fans of Guy.

Good work guys 👍🏻 Love your appreciation of Scorsese
Who's that Knocking at My Door? was 1968. My top 5 favorite Scorsese films are Taxi Driver, GoodFellas, Raging Bull, Gangs of New York, and Casino.
What kind of TV did you get from Target?

Cocaine… because it’s awesome
James picked Goodfellas first because Anthony would have had an aneurism if he didn’t get Taxi Driver😂
So true hahahahahahaha
As much as I love the other movies casino and Goodfellas on the same team is not fair at all that team obliterates
🤣🙏
