I think the rams are making a good decision. Emmanuel Forbes felt the pressure of being waived and Rams are coming being his savior. Not only that he gets to olay with his old teammates. I think with the new environment he will improve. If it doesnt work out, Rams are going to look for another CB. I believe that was the original plan anyways, so Low Risk high Reward. Imo im leaning more towards Emanuel actually improving and Rams ending up not need to use the Draft Pick for a CB. Only time will tell tho.
