Two years ago I committed to selling my Hot Wheels and fund my new Auto World addiction. Only took 18 months and I literally bought every AW released and now I'm just keeping up with the new releases. That said, MiniGT has filled the void in between AW sets and I find myself buying their cars constantly. Price point is good, the castings are interesting and the decos are killer. Really couldn't ask for anything more. I enjoy collecting them.
@@angel-ij4xv I respect your opinion but disagree. I feel MGT are light years ahead of HW premiums (Car Culture, etc) but then again, they're also double the price.
It's really easy to WANT to just drop like a grand on Mini Gt, lol. "Luckily," I don't HAVE a grand to drop on Mini Gt. BTW, I have thwir Ford Puma Rally car model, and the interior has both the raised hand brake lever and shifter. It's a piece of automotive art.
The lancia was a racing animal 😮 the driver seat was central giving great driver control and visibility 😲 they could shift and had great style 😁I love the glow in the dark truck 😅 cool 👍 and I think the car with pop up lights the switch starts it but they might open more if lift with finger tips 🤔 they are pretty crappy if don't open farther 😅
I just started collecting Mini GT Kaido House, they're very well done for the price point. I can't wait to get the Silverado in the brown and cream color.
Love MINI GT and Kaido House. I need to get that Silverado in day glo yellow! That paint color is similar to the 1971 Dodge and Plymouth colors Citron Yella and Curious Yellow. I like the Countach in White. I think there will be a yellow release coming too. That's another color that looks good on the Countach. Also waiting for the Sterrato and Porsche Rallye from MINI GT.
some real nice stuff there, love mini gt , this is the stuff to collect , not mainlines, i`m a carded collector, and i don`t mind mini gts coming in a box, i just display them like that
Very cool video. I love Mini Gt. Probably my favorite brand now. Spark models came out with a model that is close to the Imsa cars. My favorite our the Imsa race cars. You need to check out the Dodge Challengers from Tarmac works. They our pretty cool. Thank you for sharing.
For the $ right now I am finding that MiniGT, Pop Race & Tarmac are overall the best and ahead of the others. To me they are the premium brands while other brands I consider ultra-premium like PGM.
I love Mini GT, they are incredibly well detailed and high quality. I would buy every one I could if my budget allowed. I have about 15 Mini GTs, Shelby’s and Civic Type Rs and 4 Kaido House. I’ll definitely be getting more as my budget allows, I do have some preorders in and can’t wait until they’re released. Nice video, I’d love to see more videos on other models they have. Thanks Again
Love the f1, one of my favorites. Of 35 cars only 1 had trouble rolling. M3 bmw, I bent axle, rolls ok now. My silvia came with wrong plastic inset in box. They are all made in China. I really like the 2 tone detail inside some Pop Race, wish mgt did more. Love the lambo, I got the white, red and yellow on short list.
@@traviswalker8933 yeah kyosho usually have something "wrong" looking about them. And the hot wheels one is typically disproportioned 😂 I can't wait to get the pop race one and flog the hot wheels version.
@@thig2148 they are a new brand as compared to Mini GT. I saw some future releases and excited for them. Especially the CLK GTR that's going to come out.
Waiting for someone to release the Lamborghini Diablo in stock form. Kyosho's attempt was poor by today's standards. Hopefully Mini GT can do that soon. The 90s race cars need some love. Inhave the F1 GTR 1995 from Mini GT and love how it was executed. Will get the 1996 version as well.
What standard retailers can I find these in? We have no hobby shops where I live (except hobby lobby) and I would like to pick up some Mini GT, but don’t know where to find them
@@Championdjk yah I see that but seems like only online, no stores? Also I see chases for sale so basically if it’s online only way to get a chase is paying premium for it?
@@BillyBob-op6lgyeah they are not sold in big box stores. Some hobby dealers throw the chases in randomly on regular orders. I don’t collect the chases so I never really paid much attention to that

mini gt sucks now hot wheels premium are way better

Those two brands make a solid collection right there!
@@angel-ij4xv not in terms of realism.
@@angel-ij4xv no lensed detail and not necessarily scale accurate. How are they better?
It's nice to see you review really good quality brands other than Hotwheels..
Awesome looking die-cast i agree with you 💯 the mini gts are awesome looking die-cast especially the kudo house die-cast 👍🏻✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
I was going to say the florescent C10 was my favorite but that sleepy eye widebody NSX! It's a toss up.
Great Show!
One of Your Finest.

Love my MiniGT! Just got my first MiniGT T Shirt.
All those were fantastic. I really like the race cars the best!
They really do race cars well!

I got the Lamborghini in white and black. I don’t have the red yet.

Mini. GT. Rules. Some. Really. Nice. New. Releases
I haven't bought a Mini GT yet (except for some Kaido House), but if I were to, it would be that Lancia Stratos.
There are soooo many great ones. Once you start though, you will want more
I need that Stratos….

I forgot I had the black Countach as well. I'll definitely pick up the yellow
Pop Race is killing it right now with their models. I'm excited for the CLK-GTR. That was a long time coming in 1/64 premium diecast.
@@traviswalker8933Clk gtr is unreal. What a feat of miniature design and set to be less than 20 dollars 😎
@@mcirelandosharma7411 yup. Untill that point we only had the choice of Kyosho which to be honest is not a great effort.

Very true
I suck at photos, sorry. I called it green at one point. It’s a crazy color.

HW Premium are really nowhere near the realism of MiniGT but they are cool in their own right
@Championdjk disagree hot wheels premium are better and more durable

What about poprace? About the same pricepoint with opening features and similar quality!

Ebay or online retailers. Big j's is cool, rcmart.
There are tons of hobby dealers that sell them:

jcardiecast.com
scdiecast.com

Looks like some QC issues from china on the Porsche. Would expect better for the price. 8:02 … so all of these cars have QC issues…yeah no thanks!
They're only $10 lol. Low-tier premium
