Firstly, congratulations on your new job. May I ask, for how long can one work as an HCA before being allowed to change careers. Then is it allowed to study something thats not related to HCA while on an HCA VISA? Lastly, thank you so much for the informative video and the transparency.
Hi thank you for stopping by Matshuma you can Unless you have different agreement or terms with your employer change sponsor/ employer after a minimum of 12 months ,but it must still be as an HCA for the two years of your visa You can change careers totally once after that but note not all careers offer visa sponsorship even if you are already in the country You have to work your contacted hours usually minimum 39 hours a week to meet your visa requirements, hence any study you need to do should be outside of these hours ( you can study something else besides HCA, however note a full time course may make it difficult to fulfill your work hours which is what you are contacted on and your visa is based.

Hi Ziyeza,thank you for stopping by,sponsorships are so hard to come by nowadays,and when I do find them they are usually flooded with responses in hours, you can search on indeed for sponsors and filter to recent /new posts and apply every day in the morning,midday and later afternoon,it’s a lot of work but it increases your chances of finding something
