IGP Kayihura meets Rwanda's police chief over joint operations

Rwanda’s Inspector General of Police Emmanuel Gasana is proposing a joint training of Uganda and Rwanda police to be able to avert terrorism and organized crime which are a huge challenge to Africa. Gasana and Uganda’s Inspector General of Police Gen. Kale Kaihura were meeting in Mbarara to discuss bi-lateral issues.
