You just know that if a person were to side with Minthara and dominate the Netherbrain with her by their side, she would one day betray them so she claim that power all to herself.
Just because she woke up to the fact she had been indoctrinated into a cult by one if the Dead Three's chosen and helps take them out doesn't make her any less ruthless/power hungry - and Minthara doesn't seem to be the sort to share that kind of power with anyone for long.

Well, I doubt that because when you take over the nether brain. All of those except you because you have the nether stones with tadpoles gets brainwashed to obey, including any of the followers that you have with you at the end of the game. Their eyes glow green. But the thing with Minthara is that she wants that for the power but if you don't do it, she doesn't leave you. Even though you didn't do what she wanted to do, she instead respects your decision and still supports you regardless.
