I used to work at Domino's and I would always love the nitpicky orders, because they were the most fun and it got rid of the monotony from making the same pizza's over and over.
The professionalism of those pizza place employees tho! Can we appreciate that all of them tried their best and mostly went above and beyond what was asked? I feel kinda sad that what they thought would be orders to be enjoyed by kids or friends were just made up for the show, but at the same time this way we can all appreciate their great job!
I hope they gave them some big tips for doing this! And that maybe it brought some fun into their day. Except maybe the first order. that one was just cruel

10/10 the reason that the pizza people were so nice is because Gus was so nice to them and not demanding or difficult at all. THAT’S how you have a good service interaction, by having a good human interaction in general.
This was so awesome! I just could not believe how Gus stayed so straight-faced through all of those order! And the puppet Pizza people were a huge hit with me! Kudos for extra effort their Gus! Gus should have a rolling invite to come back to the show on a regular basis!
He was also very polite to them too, saying up front that he'd gladly pay extra if they could do xyz for him. Of course he'd end up not having to pay the bill anyway but still, that he was so polite for a show gimmick was great.

Seriously, I commend all the pizza workers. Customer service is a difficult job, especially when you never know what kind of customer to expect. Gus was also the perfect example of a "complicated" customer: he acknowledged the complexity of the orders, was flexible with changes, and mentioned at the beginning that he'd be willing to pay extra for the crushed red pepper. Everyone in this episode was a true mythical beast!
That's how you freakin order. You just have to be a nice, considerate human being. I'm amazed at how some other people treat strangers. Great episode, definitely want to see him back!

When you have hundreds of orders a night and can still do these EXTREMELY complicated orders is awesome. Anybody who has worked at a pizza establishment knows how difficult things can be ordering simple pizzas on a normal night, so the fact they all did special orders like this is awesome!
I wish they would have shared the cost of each pizza to see if they did a hefty charge. Especially if they added fees for a single pepperoni or the free crushed red pepper flakes.

As a papa john's delivery driver, I have to answer the phones when I'm there. I would have to write all the instructions down on a napkin or something. I hardly ever make the pizzas myself. If I ever heard an order like this, I would be like "Oh boy...." Because I would feel sorry for the people on the makeline, especially if they're backed up on orders at a real busy time, and my boss may just say "We're not making pizzas like that." Then I would have to be the one to tell the customer that. I do like the bowling pizza idea though, that is creative.

As a papa john's delivery driver, I have to answer the phones when I'm there. I would have to write all the instructions down on a napkin or something. I hardly ever make the pizzas myself. If I ever heard an order like this, I would be like "Oh boy...." Because I would feel sorry for the people on the makeline, especially if they're backed up on orders at a real busy time, and my boss may just say "We're not making pizzas like that." Then I would have to be the one to tell the customer that. I do like the bowling pizza idea though, that is creative.
