I used to be a fan if Duran Duran, but when Simon le Bon came to stay at the hotel where I worked, he was just another customer to me. We had lots of celebrities there. But would be great to do have him on, and a collaboration with other gardeners is great, too. Love Acres Lawn Care!
I’m like that with most celebrities I treat people as normal people Of course I got alittle excited when John said his son was Simon But honestly they prefer it if we treat them as normal people Alex is awesome

Having watched alot of gardening videos it seems that sometimes you have to break a few so say golden rules of charging by the job when you get a job like helping this old chap out and you work for a hourly rate.

@@jackw9920 Hi jack I let a few big ones go the 150 acre one has gone that created a gap every other friday I’m now doing what I can manage own my own 4 days a week I still have my dad on Wednesdays tho Most gardens are a good size I still have two or three big ones tho as they’re bread and butter for winter work
Ah that explains it then, Yes i remember you saying big Al was properly retiring. Big gardens are fun but they can be exhausting due to the amount of walking to get between areas etc, a good mix of jobs is key. Have a good week mate 👍
Sometimes I’m alittle stressed just because I have the school run morning and afternoon I start by dropping my stepson at breakfast club. 7:30am I then drive the opposite way to drop my partner at work then drive another 20 mins the other way for Charlie’s childminders then rush back for the van I start about 9am then have to get done by 4:30pm in order to get home get changed in the car then do the pick ups between 5-6pm It’s that which restricts what I can do but won’t be forever it’s just until my partner can drive lol We’ll keep doing our very best appreciate the kind words tho I think reducing my work load has helped now big al retired
