Very impressive. Glad TH-cam randomly recommended this video. Thanks a lot for tips. This summer I bought a feeder rod capable of shooting that far, but furtherest I could reach was about 75 meters and casts were nowhere near as precise as needed, so bait was all over the place. My braid is much thicker though because I was afraid it would break from shooting 60-100g bullets, so I'll be changing that. Excellent tips!
What a great chap, what Michael says makes total sense and he explains everything so well, Preston, please can you employ him to do a few more? River pole fishing next please.....
Nice vid Michael Thankyou for some good tips ,I've loaded on my inertia 420 reel with 0.13 mm braid in 15lb , i either use a ten or eleven foot feeder rod as the spot on the lake i fish is between 40 and a 50 metre cast i have got a shock leader on but watching this would I be correct in my thinking of removing the shock leader as braid would magnify the bites better .
Great video, without a shock leader do you not have any fears the braid will snap at 0.08mm in the cast? I know it's got a decent breaking strain but the force in that cast must be really high
Everything that i have for my fishing is from Preston Innovations....and i mean everything....thank you Preston Innovations

We will be doing A LOT more! The lad is very busy at work (or so he tells us) so we we grab days where we can :)
Now this is something South African anglers do with ease
Oh most definitely
Preston Innovations but we are forced to, big and shallow lakes. If you can't cast you won't win
Yes my friends and colleagues visited for the World Championships and couldn't believe the distances the guys were fishing!
What hooks are you fishing at that range please.
Michael was using size 12 N30 when we were out.
Thanks
Awesome 👍🙏🏻🎣
That braid line cracks so much
Sounds like you have an issue with your casting style, have you tried using a shock leader?
