Zayn's songs have a lot of melodic range to it, so don't be surprised when other people with stronger voices sound a little "better" when in reality it's just stronger. With that being said, Zayn has a beautiful tone, big range, and strong voice and it needs to stop being compared to when his songs purposely put in those notes to show that voice of his. Stronger does not necessarily mean better and Zayn as an artist is literally one of the most unique sounds I've ever heard in my life, that's why you even hear these beautiful covers in the first place, because he created a masterpiece of a song. He worked with Frank Ocean's producer and he called Zayn a genius in the studio, and I can see that being true. So much potential that shouldn't be undermined.
I don't know if anyone else feels the same way but this cover seriously connects with me on a deeper level. I could listen to this on repeat all day 😍🙌🏼
