Too much crime, too much traffic, overcrowded, give me Newcastle any day. It's got amazing bars, restaurants, shops, countryside and friendlier people. There is not a huge difference in weather temperature, its not like London is Florida and Newcastle is Alaska.
Brighton can sign lots of South and Central American players as so many Spanish restaurants in the city. Location will matter more and more as time goes on.

I live in France now as I can’t afford to raise my family in london but I’ve got friends I’ve grew up with that have social housing there and whilst they may be not the most amazing houses it’s fine. There’s a culture in london that is nowhere else I’ve been. Growing up in west london on a council estate with so many cultures shapes you. How you dress, how you talk, how you cook and even how you dance. Problem is London is just too expensive and social cleansing just gets worse and worse. But if you got money (millions) I’d move back tomorrow

Not really. Away games would basically become home games. There are 7 clubs in London, and a further 6 are closer to London than Newcastle. Over the season it would be less travel, but if they have a couple of northern games back to back it would be very problematic.

Nots not all dozens of schools in London where 98% of pupils get an A. World class food scene, endless museums, endless entertainment events (ranked no. 1 globallly). Residential areas much nicer than Newcastle. Show me an area as mine as South Kensington or Holland Park in central Newcastle? Much easier access to Europe for trips. World class shopping, most members clubs globally. Country clubs in the city like the Hurlingham club. Incredibly beautiful place to hang out. No other place has these places in the city.
