in the Gurkha army for many years from this village.Today,
Ujjwal has succeeded in recruiting from his village much later after 15 yrs.

I miss my baje (Ex British Army)who passed away when l was recruited.
He was more than happy to see me in green uniform , couldn’t hold his tears . May be l reminded his youth and the moment of success . I never saw him that happy and proud for me !
The beauty of being selected in British/Singapore/ Indian army is that, we don’t only fulfill our dream, on that day we fuffill the dream of our family and village as well.
This is what that makes us distinct from other . The reason why we take so much pride in foreign land !
