It's enhanced performance upgrades for certain cars in the LS car meet
Rockstar rewards you with faster cars if you be a good boy and buy a PS5 or Xbox series X

Buffalo stx is best all round car in the game. Has armor, missile jammer, and can wheelie over obstacles and has bullet resistant glass.
