- For the internet slueths coming to this video - the item that was thrown on to the stage area, and later picked up by a security guard was a tip of a different kind that, if stepped on, would have been messy and could have caused someone to slip. There was nothing nefarious about what took place, so please don't accuse anyone of wrongdoing.
Separately, if you don't like the performance, then move along and go find something you do like. There are thousands of drag performances by hundreds of different artists on my channel. I record drag artists without payment, I rarely have my tickets or parking comped. I do this for the love of the art of drag and to chronicle the drag careers of people in my community, and to allow those who cannot attend the ability to watch the performances of people they admire. If you don't like a performance then go complain on your own social media accounts. My page is about supporting people who need as much support as we can offer in these difficult times. Whining about someone who doesn't know you, and how they haven't met your specific expectations in their performance, on someone else's platform, is inappropriate and absolutely unnecessary

Sasha Colby is the best. When RuPaul retires (and we love Mama Ru, she is the Mother of drag), Sasha would be a great person to fill that role. Like Mama Ru, she loves the girls and seems like she has what it truely takes do that.

with Ru girls it's a frequent occurrence as peoplein the crowd frequently tip them larger bills. I prefer recording and watching local performers because they sadly don't get tipped near as much, but they do a lot more performing

For whoever is watching. Tips are greatly appreciated. But crumpled bills are disrespectful. Tightly crumpled bills, incredibly disrespectful. If you’re going to ask someone to uncrumple a bill at least make it a $5 bill.
for many in attendance, crumbling the bills was the only way to get them to the stage. logistically there wouldn't be another way to get the tips to the performers

I’d rather get a crumpled bill than no bill if I were a performer. I’ve been in the back at shows where crumpling the bill and throwing it is the only way to get it to the performer and I promise you, they don’t give a shit bc they’re making their bag

it was a dollar bill, the lights may have made it appear different to your vision. the 6 people who were picking up the tips after the performance are all my friends. we would have heard about a needle on the floor

I'm the brunette in the plaid skirt on the top left. The security guards and I were with Sasha all night. Making sure she was safe and had space. At times, I needed my hands free to help sasha and I gave the security guard my phone (no pockets in thay skirt) and he put my phone...in his pocket. I'm typing this on my phone, right now. So whatever he picked up, made it back to back to it's owner. Especially if it was Sasha's. The security was #teamsasha that night.
Accusing a security guard, who worked hard all night protecting her, of stealing from her is...ugly and destructive.
I don't know why you think he wouldn't have her back. That sort of negativity isn't needed.
