Wow, thats a lot of rain, I feel bad for the people walking. There is no way to see if there are any curbs or holes under all that water. Twisted ankles, yikes! But it looks so fun! Government needs to focus on sewer systems rather than just building roads and buildings. All that cement and nowhere for the water to go.
