  • Hello wannabe mechanics !
In this episode we are going to perform a maintenance or service job on a beautiful 2018 Opel / Vauxhall Insignia Grand Sport 1,5l Turbo with 140 Hp . This operation is really easy if you just follow the steps illustrated in our video. You will need just a few simple and cheap tools and it would take an hour max to finish.
I searched for the best quality-price ratio on Amazon at the moment of the tutorial's creation for the main tools you will need for this job and that will prove useful in future projects:
I am using the Go Pro Hero 7 for my videos. In my opinion it is the best due to mechanical gimbal‑like stabilization-without the gimbal. Also you can use any power bank you want when filming, no over heating. Affiliate link here for best deal:

Nice one guys, another good tutorial, glad to see you put oil in the filter and on the filter seal,I’ve got the gsi spec and the oil filter location is one of the easiest I’ve ever had to do and I use a 0/40 oil,I think the oil you used,20,is way to low,I know it’s what’s on the cap,but I would use a 0/30 at least, loving your channel and have just subscribed

The engine is great and the design of the car is great. Spacios , silent, many options. A great surprise from Opel I would say.

Hi could you tell if it is easy to remove the fan blower motor looks a bit cramped
I’ve got to replace mine thanks

The car is quite new so no one asked for this job. It can't be more cramped then on a Renault Megane😄. It took me 3 hours on that one. We'll make a tutorial as soon as possible. Thank you for the comment!

Hello Petlach! you should find a tutorial on that on youtube. The owner did it himself from the console.

Is the engine timing chain or belt driven?

Hello! It's a timing chain. Why do you ask?
