I think King Arthur is going whacko. Last night he brought his SWORD to bed. (Bzzt!, plus contestant) On the airplane, there were two movies. The first-class passengers got to see American in Paris. In coach, they had to watch American in MOSCOW. (Bzzt!) The American economy is really sinking, so the Treasury has changed the picture on the dollar bill to a picture of THE TITANIC. (1 match, plus contestant) The ventriloquist's wife said, "I think my husband has fallen in love with his dummy. Last night he came home with SPLINTERS on his collar." (Bzzt! Sawdust was a good answer. Wish I had thought of it.) Edward the Elephant thinks he's a car. That's why he has a SPARE TIRE in his trunk. (1 match out of 2) I just went to the North Pole, and the food there is terrible. Every meal is the same thing, ESKIMO pie. (5 matches out of 5) Hairy CHEST ($250 match) ROLLING Stone ($500 match. Brett is just the absolute worst ever. I can't believe she was ever on this show. She just can't shut up.) DODGER Stadium (Bzzt! Should have gone with my first thought, but since they were in LA, I thought the celebrity would say Dodger Stadium. I also thought the contestant would say Yankee Stadium. Just didn't work out.)
At the quarter mark of the season the top money givers so far are 1. Brett 22,500 dollars, 2. Marcia Wallace 20,500 dollars, 3. Joyce Bulfant/Brianna Leary/Conrad Janis/Elaine Joyce/Robert Walden/CNR/Dick Martin/Foster Brooks/Lorna Patterson/Ted Lange 500 dollars and 4. Patty Duke Astin/Richard Paul 250 dollars. So far this season the total is 44,000 dollars.
Gene Rayburn is the best trust MC ever! He always has been and he always will be the best dressed man in Hollywood. He knows how to wear a suit. Charles looks excellent also Today! My husband also knows how to wear a suit.
Well Marcia wrestle the title away from Brett to win the week giving away 20,000 dollars in head to head match for the semi regulars. Fred Grandy and Susan Richardson won for the semi regulars with 4 matches each. Brett won for the regulars with 11 matches and gave away 500 dollars in audience match matches. CNR, Dick Martin, Foster Brooks, Lorna Patterson, and Ted Lange each gave away 500 dollars in audience match matches. Patty Duke Astin and Richard Paul each gave away 250 dollars in audience match matches.
When BRETT gets drunk, she tries to imitate everybody and UPSTAGE EVERYONE. AND SHE TRIES REALLY HARD NOT TO MATCH THE CONTESTANT! AND THINK SHE’S BEING FUNNY.
Bret and Charles are their usual talkative and amusing selves. Dick Martin was also amusing. But I had to admit I cringed when that female contestant lost in the 3rd round with her answer "penguin pie". Even more disappointing was the guy's answer to _____________ Stadium. Oh, well.
Marcella has a wonderful voice, I'll bet she can sing up a storm. I was completely disgusted that David chose yankee Stadium, stay neutral by writing football stadium
Wonder if anyone was disgusted by Gene at 6:49. "You think of Paris as a wonderful, elegant city, but it's not really." He probably got letters for that.
@@pencils812 I just may have to watch again to understand the time frame involved, way back before our time Paris was a very dangerous place, and I don't mean as far back as the French Revolution but in the late 19th early 20th century, probably not much different than that time period in the 🇺🇸 especially in the old west
"Very few men can wear ruffles and get away with it." Hilarious!
John boy here looks like my friend Arturo when both were young back in 1984, I wonder if they still look alike years later. 🤔
Gene says. "You think of Paris as a wonderful, elegant city, which it's not really." Did he get letters?
"In 1984, with total solar energy..." If only.
I wonder if he really thought that was possible.
IKR.
"You can swing that in ragtime" number 4328.
That's just too many times!
ya gotta love Brett 😁
Only one person loves Borning Brett....guess who???

The "big money Match Game" gave away $750. Meanwhile, on the $20,000 Pyramid...

In 2023 were still not totally solar, and electric cars are not being well received.
American in the Gas crises. how appropriate.

Brett was more Brett than usual. So awful and annoying. Even Gene had to get on her to shut up.
Brett is so rude and obnoxious.
