THIS! ---- saved my table from plain text ugly to more functional and cute with select list colors. And by the way, I used this phrase in search and yours was the top of 3 videos shown. "airtable set select list with formula" Nice work. Thanks so much.
Your explanation was excellent. Thank you! I believe the automation setup for 'single select' fields you described is likely responsible for 50% of all Airtable automations globally 😅
That is a great new feature. I have a lot of work to do to go find these and update them but at least you don’t have to edit the formulas to do this. That makes it super sweet.
Extremely well explained Gareth. This is something that I am going to be implementing immediately - I end up using the workaround of a text field. Many thanks for sharing! If you are ever looking to employ a new member of your team, I am available 🙂. Have a great weekend.
oh, neato. At first I was confused by its relevance. This is definitely helpful and less cumbersome. I feel like new features are really really slow to come out. I hope this means they're putting even more work into their interfaces product. It still feels so behind compared to Softr and Noloco... all of that. Good video Garth.

Thank you! I was busy trying to create new tables to link single select fields with formulas but THIS video is all I needed 🙂 So happy!
YES! This QoL enhancement is SO underrated - very glad to help you with an easier option!
This is actually a HUGE upgrade. Kanbands are going to be so much more robust. Thank you Gary
That's a great point! Thanks for sharing! 🤘

Thank you for watching and so glad things are looking more colorful (and organized) in your Airtable!
Thanks for the video!
I would love a playlist on Airtable's updates!
Great rundown of the new features! Thanks for this, I will be sharing with my team.

Exactly! Just a simple toggle, and then you also have to add the single select options. Pretty slick
I immediately implemented this. Great video!

Such a great "little" upgrade, but big impact, right?

Good video Garth.
Thanks for watching! We are still seeing many improvements on interfaces so I suspect you're right about that being a focus
What field type are you using at ‘Terms’?
Great 👏🏻👏🏻
Is anyone else having trouble getting the toggle option to appear?
Oh yeah!!! 👍🏽
So cool, right?
