Gumamit ka sana ng ball linear bearing sa pole m, though mejo complacated gawin un. Pero un ang ginagmit sa mga lat pull machines and isulation bench machines

Tas pag mabigat lalong bibigat kasi rough sya .. tas pag ibababa mo din wala lng kasi sumasabit din .. nilagyan ko na din oil ganun parin ..... Baka may idea ka na gawing bearing boss .. ung sa may lalagyanan ng weights po ..ty po
Try mo baklasin tapos i adjust mo yung sa may lagayan ng plates baka sobrang sikip. Tapalan mo ng medyo makapal na material bago mo i weld pra may allowance sa loob gaya nung ginawa nmin nilagyan ng blade ng lagari try mo lagyan ng mas makapal pra sure.

Olá dayan, sim, é o cronograma 40, mas você pode usar um mais grosso se quiser. E o outro onde você coloca o peso é de 15 polegadas ou 38 cm.
